Spherewright 0.4 adds bounded Overseer observations and diagnosis, Foundry recipe/material/power/dependency plans, finite native blueprint construction and Governor production declarations. Native materials, research, power, construction drones and game time remain in force; observation and planning grant no write authority.
These Windows x64 manual and Thunderstore packages share clean source b7c0002dbe2e8f5608c5ca140b0c6326a1818021, product version 0.4.0, DSP 0.10.35.29151 and BepInEx 5.4.17.0. The full locked Release build passed with SDK 8.0.424 and zero warnings/errors. All 3165 tests passed (Contracts 73 / Core 2834 / MCP 258), along with nine workflow checks and exact-source CI. Both packages passed forced bilingual/embedded-guide checks and expose the same exact 64 MCP tools and one resource.
Both final b7 layouts, manual and standard Thunderstore, completed normal cold installation and same-version 29151→29151 default owned-primary recovery. Each independently passed one complete installed 64-tool matrix: 23 data successes, six prepare successes and 35 expected native guards; zero accepted/unknown matrix actions. Both recoveries retained durable Journal and completed history without another migration. The guards demonstrate callability while retaining their native safety gates; they do not mean every protected write executed. Final source-specific installation, recovery and matrix result audits passed independently. See the fixed source-specific runtime report.
Historical production acceptance remains source 2a7a98d1932c404e3a7abc2c11233d9c0b8780d9 on DSP 0.10.35.29145. Its declared three-stage chain, preparation kit and continuous production evidence retain their original source/session scope; this maintenance release does not claim a new production long window. Use complete matching Plugin/MCP/shared assemblies. Normally preserve intended progress, stop the connected MCP and exit DSP before installing; never overwrite loaded DLLs. Same-version manual reinstalls use the installer's documented -Force while keeping integrity/process/transaction gates. Register the installed package or selected profile's actual MCP path. Known unverified areas: independent Mod Manager/r2modman profiles, another computer, installation transaction-crash restoration, arbitrary saves, broad third-party Mods, Dark Fog/combat, multiplayer/Nebula and the stationary-carrier-600-tick positive live branch. Interstellar flight/logistics remains future work.
A read-only Nexus check found its existing 0.3.3 primary file quarantined. The public page does not identify a detection engine or cause. No new 0.4 upload or Nexus/third-party scan approval is claimed; Nexus was inspected only.

最终 b7 手动与标准 Thunderstore 两种布局均已完成正常冷安装及同版本 29151→29151 默认 owned 主档恢复。每种布局各自独立通过一轮完整的已安装 64 工具矩阵：23 数据成功、6 预检成功、35 预期原生拒绝，矩阵 accepted/unknown 均为零。两次恢复保留持久 Journal 和已完成历史，没有再次迁移。安全拒绝证明调用时保留原生安全门，不表示执行了每项受保护写操作。对应源码安装、恢复及完整矩阵的最终独立结果审计全部通过。详见固定对应源码实机报告。
历史生产验收仍对应 DSP 0.10.35.29145、源码 2a7a98d1932c404e3a7abc2c11233d9c0b8780d9。其规定三级链、准备套件及连续生产证据保留原源码/session 范围，本次维护不声明新的生产长窗，详见冻结验收。
使用完整配套的 Plugin/MCP/共享程序集。安装前按需正常保存进度，停止相连 MCP 并正常退出 DSP，不能覆盖已加载 DLL。同版本手动重装使用安装器规定的 -Force，保留完整性、进程和事务检查；注册实际包或选定 profile 的 MCP 路径，见安装指南。
未验证范围：独立 Mod Manager/r2modman profile、另一台计算机、安装事务崩溃还原、任意存档、广泛第三方 Mod、黑雾战斗、多人/Nebula，以及静止运输船 600 tick 正向实机分支。实际跨恒星航行/物流仍属后续工作。
只读Nexus 核查发现原 0.3.3 主文件处于隔离状态，公开页面未说明检测引擎或具体原因。不声明新 0.4 已上传或获 Nexus/第三方扫描放行；本次仅检查 Nexus。
