0.12.5 — no more blank boxes

Fixes the giant blank white box in tool rows: shell output that merely mentioned an old .crew/browser/shots path was rendered as a screenshot image. Shots now attach only to the real browser_screenshot tool (server + client), broken images remove themselves, and the screenshot frame is size-capped.
