Portable Installation

• Recommended: Download Mercy-v0.8.3-windows-x64.zip, extract to any folder, and run mercy.exe. It includes all built-in soundpacks and WebView2 runtime dependencies.
• Standalone: Mercy-v0.8.3-windows-x64.exe features embedded WebView2 runtime loader fallback.
