About

WinTube is a fast and modern Youtube Downloader, programmed in C#. The goal was to create a modern youtube downloader which provides fast downloads of youtube videos in any resolution.

Changes
After my PC crashed completely and I've lost my entire Project Files, Code, etc. , I thought that I won't update WinTube or continue working on it. That's why the last release was back in 2022. But in the last few weeks I changed my mind and started coding on a new Version of WinTube. Because I've lost all the files I had to re-write WinTube completely, which has some nice advantages.

New:

• Slight changes on the design
• Improved the performance of the app trough programming different from the beginning
• Updated all packages
• Updated to WinSDK 1.5 (newest)
• Removed "Player" page (just use the windows media player instead)
• Added new "Charts" page
• Added new Brwoser page
• Created a setup installer for the first time

How to install WinTube

• Unzip the .zip folder
• Open WinTube.exe

Or

• Install WinTube with the Wintube_Setup.exe (Coming very soon)
