• Phase 2.5 — Plugin Marketplace: New Tools → 🧩 Plugin Marketplace window. SHA-256-pinned install from plugins/registry.json (URL or local cache).
• Phase 3.2 — Smart Rename (LLM): New Tools → ✨ Smart Rename. Calls Ollama/LM Studio (Phase 3.1) to propose snake_case filenames; per-row toggle before apply.
• Phase 4.2 — YARA Scanner: New Tools → 🧬 YARA Scanner. Shells out to yara.exe (now registered in DependencyChecker). Includes sample-rule generator.
• Phase 4.4 — Browser Extension: BrowserExtension/ MV3 extension with context menus that push selections/links to /api/v1/clipboard/plain.
• Phase 4.5 — Encrypted Clipboard Sync: New Tools → 🔐 Encrypted Clipboard. AES-GCM with pre-shared 32-byte key, opaque blob through Remote.Server.
