Added support for same-page redirection (previously, only popup redirection was supported).
Added support for “online” access tokens (previously, only “offline” access tokens were supported).

Method OAuth should now check whether the user is logged in and attempt to refresh their access token faster and more reliably.

Changes to the API are backward compatible, and default behavior is unchanged.
