Added the ability to specify a target directory when uploading a file.

DropboxCloud.uploadFile
The signature of DropboxCloud method uploadFile has been slightly altered.
async uploadFile(file: File, timeout?: Number? = null) was the previous signature
async uploadFile(file: File, dir?: String = '/', timeout?: Number? = null) is the new signature
Its behavior when used as uploadFile(file: File) remains unchanged, as the default value of dir is '/'.
Updating from previous versions
To update from v1.x, change any uploadFile(file, timeout) call to uploadFile(file, ' /', timeout).
