WuWa Mobile Config Patcher v1.3.6 — Bugfix

Note

BUGFIX: An earlier version caused a bug for the "Revert to Vanilla" disappear. The bug is now fixed and the file is already updated.
BUGFIX + FEATURE: The Extract Client.Log button is now functional. It now also decrypts the client.log automatically.
BUGFIX: Updating the application should now be smoother with the new and smarter pipeline patch. You don't need to manually redownload here every time a new patch comes out.
BUGFIX: metadata parser recorrection
The app size is now ultra optimized (93% size reduction). Now ships at 3.2MB

🛠️ Utilities & Actions Overhaul

Action Description
Compact 2x2 Grid Redesigned layout for Open Export, Share Patch, Extract Client.Log, and Delete Logs. Added (?) tooltips explaining each action.
Extract Client.Log [NEW] 1-tap extraction of the game log via Shizuku directly to your Export folder. Ideal for crash diagnosis.
Delete Logs Folder [NEW] 1-tap cleanup for oversized/corrupted logs. (WuWa will auto-generate a fresh log upon restart).
Export Folder Path Hover/Tap tooltip now displays the exact directory path.

⚙️ Repositories & Advanced Patching

Feature Description
Multi-Select Patch Freely select specific combinations of .ini files to patch, alongside the existing "Apply ALL" quick toggle.
Custom Repo Setup Split Name and Link inputs. Now includes a built-in, step-by-step guide for grabbing direct .zip links.
Manage Saved Repos Added a "Manage" button to delete custom repositories (the default Arglax repo is protected) and overwrite confirmations.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Issue Resolution
Download Notification Fixed an issue where app updates incorrectly displayed "Downloading Shizuku" instead of "Downloading WuWa Config Patcher".
custom-metadata reader Now respects blank subsec entries

There's a small bug that caused to show that app conflicts/not compatible with the version update. I have fixed it now by reuploading the apk. Apologies on this matter.

Important

Minimum

  • Android 11 (API 30) or higher — matches minSdk = 30
  • Shizuku installed and running (required for direct game folder access without root)
  • Via wireless debugging (Android 11+) or a PC/ADB connection at least once for setup
  • ~50 MB free storage for the app + your exported patch backups
  • Wuthering Waves (Global) installed
  • Internet connection (for syncing configs from the repository)

Recommended

  • Android 13+ (API 33) or higher — smoother Shizuku wireless debugging pairing, matches modern devices better
  • Shizuku running persistently (auto-start on boot via wireless debugging, where supported)
  • Stable Wi-Fi for repository sync and patch downloads
  • Any device capable of running Wuthering Waves comfortably (the patcher itself is lightweight — ~3 MB installed — so if your device runs the game, it'll run this app with no issue)
  • Requires Shizuku/Shizuku_Github to be installed and running.
  • Runs 100% locally — no data leaves your device.
  • Always back up your current config before patching.

  2. Allow installation from unknown sources
  3. Open the app and complete the Shizuku Setup Wizard if needed
