Fixed the fact ClockSheets were bleeding outside of the NPC space by hard-coding the type to ["npc"]. If this somehow breaks it for a given system, please don't come to me about it. I'm tired of having to jump through so many hoops to get this to function without it exploding.
If it breaks things for specific games. I'm sorry. It genuinely should have never been populating the PC side of things. Hopefully such a change will not need to happen again.
Other changes:
- Removed v11 specific code.
- Upped the minimum version to v12.
- Upped the verified version to v13.
