Upgrade to .NET 10, add BreachWatchRecords support Migrated solution and projects to .NET 10.0 and updated NuGet dependencies to latest versions. Replaced .sln with .slnx format. Added BreachWatchRecords entity and migration, updating KeeperVault storage and schema to support breach watch record storage.
