GoatCode v2.1.10 — GOAT MODE (bypass really works)

🐐 GOAT MODE — bypass permissions, for real

• Bypass now actually bypasses: switching to it mid-turn takes effect instantly (live toolkit update), the permission callback reads the current mode, and an open prompt resolves YES the moment you enter it.
• New footer: 🐐 GOAT MODE — unchained in gold + a banner on entry.
• Proven by docs/bypass_check.py: pty test asserting zero dialogs in bypass, dialog in default mode.

Carries everything from the peak release: prompt caching, inline diffs, /rewind, parallel subagents, /search, @file completion, always-allow rules, model aliases, true ctx meter, noir theme.
