feat: Docker image and compose self-hosting - #6

Provide zero-config self-hosting via Dockerfile (Next standalone + SQLite volume) and docker-compose.yml. Document production env vars. Remove unused BasicPasteView. Verified local image build and API/CLI smoke against container.
