AmiBroker Setup

Output format

Set GetBhavCopy output format to TXT in the OUTPUT section.

AmiBroker database setup

1. Open AmiBroker
2. File → New → Database
3. Set base folder to your GetBhavCopy output folder
4. Set data source to ASCII Text Importer

Import settings

• Date format: YYYYMMDD
• Fields: Ticker, Date, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume
• Separator: Comma

Symbol Mapping

If AmiBroker expects different symbol names, use GetBhavCopy's Symbol Mapping in Settings to rename symbols automatically.

Example:

NSE Name	AmiBroker Name
Nifty 50	NIFTY50
Nifty Bank	BANKNIFTY
