Introduced StateManager to handle application state.
Preferences are stored in pandagui_state.json.

Tabs Mode: The new default. Organizes tools into categories:
- File, Edit, Stats, Cleaning, Plotting, ML
Phone Mode: A compact, scrollable grid designed for touch or small screens.
Menu Only: Maximizes screen real estate for data viewing.

Implemented run_async wrapper.
Operations like Loading, Saving, and Statistics no longer freeze the application.

Tabbed Interface: Clean separation of concerns.
Dynamic Data View: The data table resizes and repositions based on the selected layout.
Scrollable Phone Layout: Better handling of many buttons on small screens.
