Version 1.0.0 Release

This marks the initial release of version 1.0.0. This release provides the following changes

• Original Mercury Particle Engine code has been updated to current .net8 and refactored
• MonoGame sample added

Mercury 5.0 Release Point

This marks the point in time that mercury particle engine last received a commit. The original repository, https://github.com/Matthew-Davey/mercury-particle-engine, was archived in 2022.
From this point forward, all releases are additions made to the engine, renamed as Aristurlte Particle Engine.
