Automation Builder · Desktop & Web Developer · AI Tinkerer
I build practical tools that kill repetitive work — browser automation, desktop apps, data pipelines, and AI-powered assistants. Almost everything here started as a real problem at work that I decided to automate out of existence. I care about clean engineering: tests, packaging, honest docs, and tools that real people actually use.
Knowledge Base Assistant — Scrape → Index → Chat
A complete local RAG pipeline packaged as two Windows desktop apps: a Playwright scraper that crawls a Confluence knowledge base into a clean markdown library, and a PySide6 chatbot that answers questions over it using ChromaDB vector search, CrossEncoder reranking, and Claude — with verified, clickable citations and zero hallucinated links.

A distilled look at the kind of work I do — turning manual, error-prone processes into reliable, automated systems:
- ⚡ Workflow automation at scale — designed Microsoft Power Automate workflows that automate data collection, file/report downloading & sorting, post-event data funneling, sheet cleanup, and threshold-based Teams alerting — cutting repetitive manual effort across recurring processes.
- 📊 Reporting & dashboards — built and maintained dynamic dashboards (Power Automate · Power BI · Excel) that standardize reporting workflows, surface KPIs and priorities, and speed up data-driven decision-making.
- 🛠️ Enterprise support & access management — supported 250+ enterprise CRM users across macOS and Windows, managed role-based access, and authored audit-ready ticket documentation that strengthened data security and operational continuity.
- 🤖 AI-assisted engineering — build practical tools with Claude Code, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows; author Claude Code plugins/skills that turn unstructured input into formal deliverables.
- 📚 Onboarding & knowledge transfer — created training programs and step-by-step documentation that simplify onboarding for enterprise tools and standardize processes across teams.
- Every project links to a self-contained, public repo — README, license, and a runnable quickstart included.
- All credentials, internal URLs, and company-specific identifiers are replaced with clear placeholders (
YOUR_..._HERE). - Where a project builds on existing open-source work (e.g. observatory), the upstream is credited honestly and my own changes are highlighted.
Built with real problems, shipped to real users. ✨
