Initial Release

Optar-Ark now differs from the original codebase in the following ways:

• Support for configuring page and data densities without recompiling the source code
• Unoptar can now unarchive arbritrary page sizes, rather than only being able to process the pages with the same details that it was compiled with
• Commandline support for generic page sizes and density (measured in pixels per mm)
• Reformat of the codebase

Run --help on optar or unoptar to learn more about the usage of each command
