Setting up for Development

There are some things you need to do before you can start developing this application:

1. Get Describo UI plugins
2. Create a configuration file

1. Get Describo UI plugins

Check out https://github.com/arkisto-platform/describo-ui-plugins alongside this folder on your development machine. You should have a structure like:

.../describo-online
.../describo-ui-plugins

It is crucial that these two repo's are sibling folders.

2. Create a configuration file

This will setup Describo to authenticate to localhost (which means turning off all authentication so don't use this is on a publically available server) and the docker compose file will mount your Desktop directory into the container for you. You can change that by updating the api configuration in the docker compose file.
