Updated skills to avoid rereading content unless there's a change to a page.
Reviewed LP and made updates for style and consistency (title tweaks, transitions at the end of sections). Added per-page descriptions, summary and FAQs.
One thing worth noting is that the JSON file snippet features Debian but we're running the benchmark on Ubuntu. Not sure if that's an issue.
