Identify the existing official SDKs explicitly in npm and Go package metadata. npm already has the correct product homepage and public repository; add SDK/language keywords and a clearer description. Go package comments now include “official nowyourlink Go SDK,” since registry search for “nowyourlink sdk” previously returned no matches although “nowyourlink” found the package.

Prepare 0.3.2 as a metadata-only release. No client behavior or module/import path changes.

Validation: 27 JavaScript tests passed; npm pack --dry-run passed; git diff --check passed. Go changes are comments only. Ora's server-side matching logic is not public, so improvement in its score must be checked after registry publication/indexing.
