Magnetar v2.1.1

Fixed

Firefox: Open toolbar now works on supported pages even when no torrent or hash is detected.
Firefox now opens the manual toolbar state so users can paste a magnet link or info hash directly.

Licensing

Magnetar is source-available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 from v2.1.1 onward.
Added required notice and branding guidance.
Older MIT releases remain under the licence they were originally released with.
