安装

下载 OWLibGUI-v0.15.1-win-x64.exe，将其重命名为 OWLibGUI.exe 并放到 DataTool.exe 所在目录。

Installation

Download OWLibGUI-v0.15.1-win-x64.exe, rename it to OWLibGUI.exe, and place it next to DataTool.exe.
