v1.1.0 - only rename GitHub-shaped folders

1.0.0 renamed an extracted plugin folder to match its main PHP file. Tickera ships every add-on as index.php, so csv-export/ became index/ - and since three Tickera add-ons already run on Live with index.php main files, the next vendor install would have collided in index/ and destroyed the previous one. Now: never rename on a generic main-file name, and only rename when the folder is the desired name plus a -suffix (GitHub's repo-ref shape).
