Arsenic v3.0

1. No longer a Forge mod, external injector that attaches to vanilla, Lunar, or Forge at runtime
2. Addon/Pack system, Bedwars and Pit packs, hot loaded (Similar to scripting systems that other clients have)
3. Lots more modules
4. Split into different releases that have different modules. Qol build will only have qol features etc etc. Main build unaffected.
