Fixes

  • Fixed vertical thumbnail overflow for Reels and Shorts
  • Fixed inaccurate video format labels
  • Fixed FPS being displayed when unavailable
  • Improved format deduplication when multiple variants are available

  • Video formats now display actual dimensions such as 1920x1080
  • MP4 and WebM formats are now listed separately
  • Improved codec selection when multiple variants are available
  • Updated bundled FFmpeg

Portable

  1. Download Nimbus-v1.0.0-Windows-x86_64-Portable.zip from Releases
  2. Extract the ZIP
  3. Run Nimbus.exe

Important: Keep the extracted Nimbus folder intact. Do not delete, move, or rename files inside it.

Fresh Install

  1. Download Nimbus-v1.0.0-Windows-x86_64-Setup.exe from Releases
  2. Run the installer (requires Administrator)
  3. Launch Nimbus from the Start Menu

Nimbus uses third-party software including yt-dlp, Deno, and FFmpeg.

These components are distributed under their respective licenses and are not covered by the Nimbus MIT License.
