Initial public source release of the Cadre Video Editor plugin for Claude Desktop, local Cowork sessions, and Claude Code.

The repository contains the complete token-free local MCP bridge, the Cadre editing skill, an MIT license, and explicit privacy/security boundaries. Cadre remains a separate signed macOS application; recording and editing are free, while export requires Cadre Pro.
