Contribution: Extended collection of components

Hello ! I played a lot with your library the few last weeks and I really like it!

I had to implement some basic components myself, and was wondering how open you are to integrate new components in the repository, or in the web asm examples.

The components that I implemented so far are:

• ftxui::Button(), with a logic of enability
• ftxui::Input(), with a logic of input validation
• a log panel, that integrates well with your git tui Scroller()

Sure! I don't think they belong directly in FTXUI, but they could be added in this section. What do you think?

For FTXUI built-in components, I try to ensures users can compose the builtin elements and have not be too opinionated.
