First tagged release of the CryptoAlly API's public engineering reference.

Highlights

• Clean-architecture rewrite: domain / application / infrastructure / http
  layers, with repository ports so the endpoint tests run against in-memory fakes,
  zero live database in the test process.
• New GET /api/fx: daily historical value of BRL, CNY, JPY, EUR, and KRW against
  the US dollar, backed by a dedicated fx_rates table.
• GET /api/prices and GET /api/assets serve every price in its native
  currency — no server-computed USD conversion; a client wanting USD (or any other
  currency) converts it themselves.
• SQL injection structurally ruled out: every query goes through sqlx with
  parameterized, compile-time-checked binds.
• API-key auth: SHA-256 hash lookup against a database of issued keys, checked on
  every request — instantly revocable, not a self-contained signed token.
• One Vercel function (api/gateway.rs), one axum Router, for /api/health,
  /api/assets, /api/prices, /api/catalog, and /api/fx.
