there a pined comment in almost every bug post to the first comment about the "unknown error" error, someone suggested to clear the visitor_data in the backup and restore section, you need to reset that, it helped my in this error and one that made some song unplayable not the whole song but a random part in between and it seems to had fixed it too, so try that, i dont remember the name of the guy that posted that but shout out to that legend

I found that changing the server on my VPN also helped when resetting visitor_data didn't work.
