New: Weekly Fable usage bar

Adds a separate weekly usage bar for the new Fable model, which Claude now counts against its own limit.

  • Shows a dedicated "Weekly Fable (7 day)" bar in the popover
  • Appears automatically only when your Fable usage is above 1% — stays hidden while idle to keep things tidy
  • Reads Fable usage from Claude's current per-model limits format

Install: download ClaudeUsageBar-Installer.dmg, open it, drag ClaudeUsageBar to Applications.
