v1.16.0 — Rotating status phrases are now optional

Added

• Settings → General now has a Rotating status phrases toggle (on by default). Turn it off and the header subtitle stays blank instead of cycling through phrases. Requested in #4.

Fixed

• The "Show #project & @labels" toggle from v1.15, and the new toggle above, are now both reachable via Tab in Settings (previously mouse-only).
