Documentation-only release. No runtime or API changes from 0.3.0; the published package is functionally identical.

This release exists so the npm package page carries the rewritten README. The README was rewritten in a plain, professional voice, and the Tools table was corrected so pdf_add_page_numbers and pdf_embed_qr_code are grouped under Manipulate.

Maintenance

• Synced package-lock.json to 0.3.1 and added the registry-publishing secrets and mcp-publisher binaries to .npmignore as a second layer behind the files allowlist.
