This mono-module sends Kosaka changelogs on its updates to channels flagged with Kosaka Announcements and all Server Owners (see Channel Mods). Also contains a command to display the latest changelog.
This behavior of sending messages in Direct Messages can be disabled by modifying your Kosaka User Settings.
We recommend doing so if you've already set up a channel flagged with Kosaka Announcements.
