This sub-module is in charge of automatically deleting messages if the channel is set to be Media-Only and the message does not contain any attachments nor links.
/channel_mods media_only - [Root] Toggles the channel to be Media-Only or not.
/channel_mods kosaka_announcements - [Root] Toggles the channel to allow Kosaka to post Announcements.
/channel_mods welcome_channel - [Root] Toggles the channel to announce the Arrival and Departure of Server Members.
