Changelog:

• Added a Red/Green circle in VPS List which indicates if VPS is obsolete or not
• Remove VPS button which us used to remove Obsolete VPS from the list
• Added a toast notification whenever user clicks on an invalid button from older messages
• Enhanced saving and notification sending functionality

Fixed issues:

• Keeping the invalid VPSs in panel list and it's Notification task

• Paging the lists of Panels or VPSs (Probably prevents the list from loading)

• Backing up one/all user(s) data to Admins Telegram

• Take backup from database and rename them by date on update script
