Caddy license notice remediation

The SliceSeeker v0.1.0 admin UI image was published with Caddy's
Apache-2.0 license text, but without the license materials for Go modules
linked into the stock Caddy 2.11.4 binary.

Affected immutable image:

ghcr.io/ashutoshbind15/sliceseeker-admin-ui@sha256:cc194080c70d76f8cb71496e7f84a4d02018b9231612ba920100433b104580bf

Anyone who pulled that image should download and retain the
supplemental Caddy license bundle
with their copy. Its
SHA-256 checksum
and
machine-readable digest mapping
are published alongside it.

The supplemental archive contains Caddy's license, linked Go-module
inventory and license texts, MPL Covered Software source materials, and
build metadata read directly from the binary in the affected image. It
supplements the original sliceseeker-admin-ui-licenses.tar.gz asset and
does not alter or reissue the immutable image digest.

New deployments should use v0.1.1 or later once published; those images
include these materials under /licenses/caddy.
