v5.3.2 — uds update -y now auto-installs Skills/Commands

What's Fixed

uds update --yes / -y now auto-installs Skills and Commands instead of showing a passive hint and doing nothing.

Previously, running uds update -y would:

• ✅ Update standards (.standards/)
• ❌ Skip Skills and Commands — only print "New features available" hint

Now it matches the interactive path:

• ✅ Update standards
• ✅ Auto-install missing Skills (no prompt needed)
• ✅ Auto-update outdated Skills
• ✅ Auto-install missing Commands
• ✅ Auto-update outdated Commands
• ✅ Refresh manifest and integration files (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md)

Upgrade

npm install -g universal-dev-standards@latest
uds update -y
