This beta upgrades ADEV's bundled Android-native OpenCode runtime to upstream 1.18.23 with matching OpenTUI 0.4.5.

Physical-device fixes and verification:

  • Fixes the OpenTUI parser-worker loadedPath.startsWith startup crash.
  • Fixes lazy OpenTUI renderer resolution by deriving the verified sibling APK-native renderer from the running executable when Bun does not expose OPENTUI_LIB_PATH.
  • opencode was entered in ADEV's visible terminal on Infinix X689B (ARM64, Android 11/API 30) and rendered the complete OpenCode 1.18.23 TUI.
  • The ADEV execution-environment contract passes 22/22 on the same device.

The APK is a phone-test build signed with the Android debug/test certificate, not a Play production certificate.
