• Build kicad_CoilForge_plugin-v0.2.8-PCM.zip for all supported versions
• Preserve existing ActionPlugin and IPC/Tk interfaces and algorithms
• Select PCM entrypoints without duplicate plugin registration
• Report missing Tk dependencies and handle KiCad 9/10 settings API errors
• Generate repository indexes with release history and integrity checks
• Add regression tests and document native compatibility verification
