Region Merge
Fuses two closed regions (Shape / ComplexShape), picked by two successive clicks, into a single region via a geometric union. The merged result inherits the FIRST clicked region's level and symbology.
macro vba run [ARES]MergeRegion
Starts the interactive merge: click on a first region, then on a second region, to fuse them. The command re-arms for the next pair; reset to end.
If the two regions do not overlap or touch, the merge is refused (a status message says so) — both original regions are left untouched. Only regions that actually fuse into one visual outline are merged.
