Admiral Synthesis (#68)

The admiral can now synthesise fleet-wide conclusions once all ships have reported, with tightened boundary controls to prevent premature synthesis.

Conflict Radar (#58)

• Pre-flight conflict scan — detect file conflicts between ships before Action Stations
• Runtime hook — continuous conflict monitoring during mission execution

Concurrent Sessions (#38)

Multiple Nelson missions can now run simultaneously using UUID-based session IDs, with proper session resumption support.
