System Monitoring: APM Integration

Steps:

1. Install apm-server-6.4.2-x86_64.rpm.

2. Change apm-server.yml file.

   output.elasticsearch:
   hosts: ["localhost:9200"]

3. Create a shared directory like "/usr/share/app/apm".

4. Copy elastic-apm-agent-0.7.1.jar into that directory.

5. Change start scripts for all components (add below section).

   #apm config
   JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -javaagent:/usr/share/app/apm/elastic-apm-agent-0.7.1.jar"
   JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Delastic.apm.service_name=cms-1.0.jar"    # Name of the corresponding jar 
   JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Delastic.apm.server_url=http://localhost:8200"
   JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Delastic.apm.application_packages=com.sample.app"   #Package name of that component

6. Start apm-server and restart each component.
