Note

This APK is for new installations and manual updates. If you installed Aster Mail from Google Play, it updates automatically.

What's new

  • Message lists show a loading animation that matches the final layout while your mail loads.

Fixed

  • Unread messages stay unread after you close and reopen the app.
  • Messages keep their positions when the inbox refreshes and no longer disappear from the middle of the list.
  • Folders no longer show an endless loading animation.
  • Messages that could not be decrypted on some devices now open correctly.
  • The recovery email you type during registration is now saved.
  • Emails with certain malformed formatting no longer appear empty.
  • Settings shows your profile name instead of your email address while it loads.

Two APKs ship with every release. Install Aster-Mail.apk for the standard build, and Aster-Mail-fdroid-0.6.150.apk for the build without Google services.
