This APK is for new installations and manual updates. If you installed Aster Mail from Google Play, it updates automatically. Aster-Mail.apk and Aster-Mail-0.6.163-full.apk are the same signed build: the first always points to the newest release and the second pins this version. Aster-Mail-fdroid-0.6.163.apk is the build F-Droid distributes.

What's new

  • Discard the older data archive left behind by a password reset from Settings when you no longer need it.

Fixed

  • Accounts created without the standard folders can send mail again. The app creates any missing Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, Spam, or Archive folder when you sign in and before it sends a message.
  • Read, star, pin, and snooze changes stay in place in the message list until the server confirms them, so a stale refresh no longer flips them back.
  • Opening a conversation no longer shows the previous conversation for a moment first.
