This APK is for new installations and manual updates. If you installed Aster Mail from Google Play, it updates automatically. Aster-Mail.apk and Aster-Mail-0.6.170-full.apk are the same signed build: the first always points to the newest release and the second pins this version. Aster-Mail-fdroid-0.6.170.apk is the build F-Droid distributes.

What's new

  • Generate send-only SMTP tokens in Settings > SMTP tokens. A token is bound to one verified custom-domain address, so scripts and third-party services can send mail from that address over standard SMTP. Available on Star and above.
  • The plans page now matches the web app, with plan cards, add-ons, and a storage meter that shows how much of your space you use.
  • Canceling a custom domain payment asks you to confirm before it goes through.

Fixed

  • Signing in again on the same device replaces the earlier session instead of leaving a duplicate in your session list.
  • SMTP token errors show on screen, and revoking a token confirms when it completes.
  • The crypto payment screen shows clearer status steps, and the overpayment notice explains what happens to extra funds.
  • Text that was still untranslated is now translated in every language.
