Note

This APK is for new installations and manual updates. If you installed Aster Mail from Google Play, it updates automatically. Aster-Mail.apk and Aster-Mail-0.6.185-full.apk are the same signed build: the first always points to the newest release and the second pins this version. Aster-Mail-fdroid-0.6.185.apk is the build F-Droid distributes.

Fixed

  • Your inbox and folders open straight to your mail instead of showing grayed-out copies of older messages for a few seconds.
  • If you pull to refresh while your mail is still loading, the list now appears as soon as it arrives.
  • Filtered folders, such as Starred and Unread, no longer show an empty message before your mail loads.
  • Aster Mail no longer saves message senders, subjects, and previews unencrypted on your device, and it deletes any copies saved by earlier versions.
  • If you use custom categories, conversation grouping, or oldest-first sorting, your mail now appears as quickly as it does with the default settings.
  • Loading placeholders animate in step with each other.
