v0.6.192

Note

This APK is for new installations and manual updates. If you installed Aster Mail from Google Play, it updates automatically. Aster-Mail.apk and Aster-Mail-0.6.192-full.apk are the same signed build: the first always points to the newest release and the second pins this version. Aster-Mail-fdroid-0.6.192.apk is the build F-Droid distributes.

What's new

• You can sort folders A to Z, and the app remembers which folders you expanded, with an option to expand or collapse all of them at once.
• You can open password-protected PDFs in the viewer and see Cc and Bcc in the message details.
• You can choose the app language separately from your phone language, and the app now includes Brazilian Portuguese.
• Mail rules use the same operators for address and text conditions, and you can set Trash to delete old messages automatically.

Fixed

• The app refreshes your session before it expires, so it no longer signs you out unexpectedly.
• When a message fails to send, the app shows the reason, the subject, and the recipients, and it retries temporary key errors on its own.
• Images that you paste into a message send as attachments, and pinned mail stays at the top of the first page.
• Imported contacts keep every field, and imported mail lands in the folders it came from.
