Fixed

• Aster Bridge no longer moves its IMAP or SMTP port when another copy of Aster Bridge is already using it. It tells you which port is taken and asks you to quit the other copy, so your mail app is never left pointing at a port that a stale copy is answering.
• Connections to the encrypted ports now close within 15 seconds if the encrypted handshake never completes. A mail app configured without encryption on an encrypted port used to sit and wait with no response at all, which looked like a server that had stopped answering.
• The version and process ID now appear in the log at startup, and the running version appears in the IMAP greeting. If an old copy is still serving your mail app after an update, the log makes that obvious.
