These files are for new installations. If Aster Mail is already installed, it updates automatically.
What's new
- Generate a new set of recovery codes at any time in Settings > Security > Account Recovery.
- Aster Mail signs the encrypted messages you send to external recipients and shows a verification state on the messages you receive.
- If a search returns no results, Aster Mail suggests a corrected spelling.
- Inbox category tabs now show unread counts.
- The app starts faster, and settings and sidebar sections show their loading progress instead of appearing empty.
Fixed
- Press Ctrl+A (Command-A on Mac) to select your message list or the text you're reading. It no longer selects the whole page.
- Messages with unusual formatting markup no longer lose part of their body.
- Messages that failed to decrypt after a key change now recover on their own.
- The desktop app now stores your session in the operating system keychain.
