- Font-Glyph Battery Indicator: Material Symbols battery icon shown in the corner controls when a battery is available. The glyph renders as a dimmed shell plus a bright fill clipped to the charged portion, with animated charge transitions. While charging the fill fades red to yellow to green and the icon becomes a bolt; at or below 20% it turns red, and at or below 15% it swaps to the alert variant.
- Test-Mode Battery Simulation: The Settings modal now includes a Battery section (charge toggle + level slider) so the indicator can be tuned in test mode, since a greeter has no battery of its own.
- PAM Keyring Cleanup: Reverted the keyring module placement in the auth stack and removed
pam_kwallet5from authentication and session. - Docs: README restructured and clarified, PAM configuration & keyring auto-unlock section added, screenshots section added, Wayland compositor details enhanced.
